| News detailsIU South Bend Tough Stuff Recycling Fest Posted by: Andy Evans on March 17, 2010On April 9-10, the Indiana University South Bend Center for a Sustainable Future and Apple Inc. will host the annual Tough Stuff Recycling Fest. The Fest will be open to businesses/institutions on Friday, April 9 from 9 AM – 2 PM, and to the public on Saturday, April 10 from 9 AM – 2 PM. Electronics, egg cartons, packing peanuts, shoes in good condition and athletic shoes in any condition with will be accepted.
Collection of all items is free of cost. Please see our attached flyer and visit our website at www.iusb.edu/~csfuture/Fest.shtml for a detailed list of what can be dropped off. Registration for electronics drop-offs from businesses starts March 24 at www.iusb.edu/~csfuture/Fest. Electronics from the public do not need to be registered. Recyclables will be collected at the IUSB parking located on the corner of Ruskin and Esther Streets. |
